Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 receives battery like Galaxy Note 7

The family of Samsung Galaxy S8 will differ significantly from their predecessors. So, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus get a much larger display than the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, while maintaining their approximate size. In theory, this limits the room for maneuver in terms of increasing the battery capacity of new products, but some insiders pointed out that the Galaxy S8 is powered by batteries with 3250 mAh and Galaxy S8 Plus – 3750 mAh. However, Korean journalists do not agree with this. According to them, after a series of different tests, the Samsung has adopted a final decision on the capacity of the batteries for the flagship and it is as follows: 3000 mAh for Galaxy S8 with a 5.7 “screen and a 3500 mAh battery for Galaxy S8 Plus with the 6.2” panel. Note, the latter used in Galaxy Note 7, the victim fiasco, but this time without flaws. In addition, insiders report that Samsung has already started to receive large amounts of components for a quick start of mass production.

As for battery life, that this state of affairs is unlikely to increase performance compared with last year’s versions, but can not yet say that they will fall (10-nm chipset to give the desired result). However, we still have to wait for confirmation of new rumors. The official presentation will take place on 29 March.
