First Method:

  1. In order to switch off the device, hold down the Power key for a short while.
  2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Up + Power button together for a couple of seconds.
  3. You should release held keys when you see an Android image.
  4. In the next step press the Power key to enter Recovery Mode.
  5. Then choose “wipe data/factory reset” by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power key to confirm.

  5. If it’s necessary enter the lock code. The default one is: 1111.
  6. Select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
  7. Success! Your phone is ready to use.
